Accommodation

WARNING: We advise you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. It is a vacation period, in addition to the European Football Championship (Euro-2016).

Kris Events has reserved for DSN 2016 a set of rooms at different hotels. The rates apply for reservation at:  BOOKING  before May 30. Rooms are attributed according to first come - first served. Once accepted, reservation rates are guaranteed with your Credit Card number. You will pay at the hotel directly.

Also, some rooms have been reserved for students (hotel 20 below).

All rates include breakfast, except for hotels (17 and 20). The city tax is not included in the rate. 

From June 28 to July 1st, a bus transfer is planned from City Center, near to the métro station Jean Jaures (Departure: 1 Boulevard de Strasbourg in front of QUICK restaurant) to ENAC and from ENAC to City Center.

Bus departure times:
                June 28th: 07:45        June 29th: 08:00         June 30th and July 1^st: 08:15

Bus return time: after the end of the last session of the day, except on Thursday where the busses will go directly to the museum.

20: ENAC Residence

A limited number of rooms has been reserved for students at the ENAC Students Residence located at the same address where the conference will take place. Rooms will be allocated on a First Come First Serve basis.

Reservation: To book a Student room, you should send an email to contact with the following information:
   - First name and Family Name
   - Arrival and departure dates (checkin and checkout dates)
   - Passport Number and Birthdate (this information is required to access ENAC)

Room Description: The room is about 12m2 and includes a bathroom and a kitchen. A free ETHERNET internet access is also available. You should ask for the access code at the reception. You should bring your own RJ45 Ethernet cable or ask for one at the reception of the Residence

Rates: The Room rate is 20.40€ per night. You should add 13€ for bath linen, and 20€ for room cleaning, to be paid for each reservation. The Breakfast is not included. You have the possibility to have breakfast at the Cafeteria of ENAC.

Check-in:  You should go to the reception office of BLERIOT or ADER Residence (more precise information will be provided to you later about the residence where your room is booked).
Opening hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 12:00 and 14:30- 19:30)

During the Week-end, the Check-in is centralized at the ROLLAND GARROS Residence. opening Hours: 7:00-21:00)
