NOTE:

Conference Registration in all categories includes attendance at all DSN sessions and all Workshops, Tuesday welcome reception, breaks, lunches, museum visit, banquet, proceedings of the main track on a USB key, and supplemental volume.
Registration for Tutorials and Conference (TE + conference registration in your specific category) gives access to up to three tutorials with the printed hand-outs for these Tutorials, in addition to all what is covered by the conference registration fee.
Registrations for Tutorials only (TM and TNM) give access to up to three tutorials with the printed hand-outs for these Tutorials, and include the two breaks and lunch of the days of these Tutorials and Tuesday welcome reception.
Workshops Registration includes the two breaks, lunch, the welcome reception on Tuesday, and the workshop supplemental volume.
Students are required to provide proof of full-time student status (such as a valid student ID) at the time of registration.
Extra tickets can be bought for welcome reception (36 €), and for the museum visit and banquet (120 €).
Letter of Invitation
If you need a letter of invitation, please send the following information to registration.dsn@laas.fr :
- Your name as it appears in your passport.
- Your birth date
- Your passeport number.
- The name and contact information of the person responsible for your department.
- Your position in the organization.
- If you have a paper accepted, your paper title and concerned track (main track, workshop, FastAbstract ...).
The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format. Please, send the above-requested information through your organization official email address; to which the letter will be sent. Note that Letter of Invitation will only be sent to participants who have registered and paid for the Conference. Should participants withdraw from the conference after the issue of Letter of Invitation, the consulate will be notified of the withdrawal accordingly.
